Cradle Mountain Film Festival

Festivals and Celebrations

3 Apr 2020 to 5 Apr 2020

The Cradle Mountain Film Festival screens the best adventure films from Tasmania and across the globe on the fringe of the Tasmanian Wilderness World Heritage Area.
The weekend program includes the Tasmanian exclusive screening of Mountainfilm on Tour, the One Year in Tasmania Adventure Film competition showcasing the many moods and adventures to be had on our little island in one year, kids’ film events, filmmaker’s workshops and Q & A sessions, the Mountain Huts Film Trail: a self-guided walking program of screenings in the mountain huts around Cradle Mountain, and outdoor adventure activities including canyoning, wilderness yoga, cold water therapy and the Dove Lake Classic trail run.
Join the local wildlife and people for some mountain culture and experience adventures in film at the stunning Cradle Mountain National Park.
Get in early as venue spaces are limited, making for an intimate and exclusive experience. Seriously beautiful, boutique and adventurous!
