Estia Greek Street Festival Sunday 3 March 2019 11am – 5pm

Community Event

3 Mar 2019

The 26th Estia Greek Street Festival is an iconic street festival it aspires to celebrate and share the Greek culture, traditions and heritage with the wider Tasmanian community through its music, dance, arts and crafts, fine cuisine and wine.
Our most popular food stalls will be back, arousing your tastebuds with the tantalising aroma of char-grilled octopus and lamb on the spit along with our mouth watering Tasmanian seafood, delicious dips, Greek salad, moussaka and spinach pies just to name a few.
We will be entertained by our talented Greek Dance Troupe dressed in national costume that will put on a display of traditional Greek dances and the Shotokan Karate Club will be demonstrating their skills. There will be live music and plenty of opportunity to join in the Greek dancing. There will be plenty of amusements and activities to keep your children entertained.
