Exhibition: “Folk Tales” by Adam Rowell and Aldous Kelly

Exhibition and Shows

15 Mar 2019 to 6 Apr 2019

This collaborative project combines the work of writer Adam Rowell and artist Aldous Kelly.
Illustrations and prose celebrating the everyday and extraordinary, in the lives of fictional Hobartian and Tasmanian characters.
Explore a rich and diverse tapestry of Tasmania’s communities, discovering who we are and what we do – without pretence or judgement or the need for justification. A simple slice of lives imagined through observation and word of mouth.
Join the artists for the exhibition opening on Thurs 14 Mar, at 6 pm. The exhibition runs from 15 Mar until 6 Apr, entry is free. MAC is open Tuesday – Friday 10 am – 5 pm, Saturday 11 am – 3 pm, and is closed on public holidays.
