Start Friday afternoon off with an intimate Whisky and Cheddar tasting with distiller, innovator, inventor and whisky genius Peter Bignell from Belgrove. Saturday kicks off with a tasting of over 40 of the top Tasmanian Pinot Noirs alongside their makers at the Pinot Shop under the master palate of Pinot Shop owner Michele Round. Saturday night is capped off with a Stillwater menu of six courses laden with Tasmanian truffles.
For those who still haven’t sated their truffle obsession by then, join them at Stillwater for breakfast on Saturday or Sunday morning for their truffled eggs masterpiece and a glass of their fabulous local fizz.
