The three-course lunch is created by Max Vloet a Michelin star trained chef, previously worked at Piermont and The Quay in Sydney. The food is sourced locally where possible and only the finest produce is used. The wine is flowing for the whole lunch service. If you are looking for a fine dining experience set amongst the vines this is the lunch for you. Limited seating so please book early. $150.00 per person.
Max is the creative brain. He started at the age of 16 working as an apprentice in a Michelin star credited restaurant and worked his way through the ranks in many other kitchens in the Netherlands. He was given the amazing opportunity to work at Quay in Sydney in 2013 and has lived in Australia since.
