Sculpture Trail

Exhibition and Shows

23 Oct 2020 to 17 Jan 2021 Annual Event

The Sculpture Prize is an annual sculpture exhibition held at Art Farm Birchs Bay. The exhibition includes the outdoor sculpture trail and small sculpture exhibition in the Old Distillery Gallery. This years exhibition opens October 17, 2020, and runs until January 17, 2021.
Opening hours – 7 days a week, 9 am – 5 pm. The gallery with small sculpture exhibition is open weekends only.
The trial exhibits approximately 20 permanent sculptures acquired by the Farm; a sculpture is acquired annually from the current exhibition. This means you can visit us all year round and enjoy art on the trail and in surrounding gardens.
The Trail leads visitors through pear orchards, up winding bush trails, across open fields with views of Bruny Island and the D’Entreacastaux Channel and down into picturesque orchards and veggie gardens. Allow one hour for the walk, wearing suitable footwear for bush tracks.
The track is steep and uneven in parts and is not suited to prams. Dogs on leads welcome.
Bring a picnic and make a day of it – the farm offers plenty of secluded picnic spots, no bins provided so take all rubbish with you.
