Re-opened in June 2020, situated within Salamanca Inn, the restaurant formerly known as the Beef & Seafood Grill received a new and exciting facelift. The new interior is based on Scandinavian and European design inspired by the owner’s Danish heritage, along with the restaurant’s new name Birdsong which translated is their surname Fuglsang.
The style of food is keeping with Australian Cuisine, focusing on Tasmanian produce.
