Spring Bay Distillery is an award winning East Coast Tasmanian Single Malt Whisky, Gin and Vodka producer.

Here at our Cambridge facility, we produce whisky from grain to bottle using our 2500L wash still and brewhouse.

Conveniently located near Hobart Airport at the start of the Coal Valley route, we offer tours at 11am and 2pm by appointment, and walk-in tastings of all our products including special Limited Releases and rare whiskies between 10am and 4pm Monday to Friday, and Saturday 1pm til 5pm.
