Süd Polaire gin is micro batch distilled and bottled by hand in Tasmania. Only the purest hearts of superbly smooth, triple distilled wine spirit make this an excellent martini gin. Vapour infused with ten organic botanicals including aromatic juniper, fresh hand-cut lemon and grapefruit peel, Southern Ocean kombu, local mountain pepperberries and leaves.
