Army Camp/Remembrance Park, Brighton

Originally home to Tasmania’s main training camp during the Second World War, housing as many as 2400 trainees in 1941. Now the location of Brighton’s war memorial, erected in 2015, is accompanied by a large open grassed reserve, suitable for recreation purposes.
