Visitor Information Centres
Owned and operated by the City of Launceston since 2003, the Council’s Visitor Information Centre is located in the iconic Post Office building in the heart of the CBD.
Equipped with contemporary visitor information tools, a bespoke designed layout as well as a team of friendly and professional travel advisors, the centre provides visitors with a truly memorable holiday experience.
In addition to leading the way in the use of technology and digital applications, the Centre offers a full booking and information service, and proudly showcases local makers through its designated retail section.
