Risdon Brook Dam is located at Risdon Tasmania and is located approximately 16 minutes from Hobart.
Risdon Brook Dam provides much of southern Tasmania’s drinking water. The reserve features barbecues, picnic area and play equipment.
Visitors to this area can assist in protecting the water quality by being environmentally responsible, keeping to the track when walking or cycling and by using the toilets provided.
Facilities include the Electric BBQ, free of charge, first come first served.
