Soldiers Memorial Oval, Queens Domain

Soldiers Memorial Oval is a large area with multiple sporting fields, the William Keith Eltham Pavilion and home to the Hobart Dog Obedience Club. Surrounded by the culturally significant Soldier’s Memorial Avenue and adjoining the Domain Athletics Centre. This sports ground can be used as an off-lead exercise area when sport is not being played or activities are undertaken.

Facilities and features include car park, dogs allowed on and off lead, drinking fountain, lighting, recreational facilities, seating, toilets and walking tracks.
