Ashlan Farm is located approximately two hours from Melbourne and is the perfect base to explore or wake up to the sound of birdsong. Be mesmerised by night sky and lose yourself with the sounds and smells of nature.

The property is located in the tiny hamlet of Boho South and is also a great base to explore the country towns and villages of majestic Strathbogie, Euroa, Violet Town, Benalla and Mansfield.

They normally have a 4-5 degree lower temperature than the towns off the tablelands. Summer is a little cooler and perfect for a refreshing swim at Polly McQuinns weir. In winter there is nothing better than sitting around the fire.

Ashlan Farm sits at the base of Mt Separation. Hilltop Cottage has views of the orchard, Mt Separation, Mt Wombat and surrounding farmland.

After a day of exploring, it is great to retreat back to the farm and get comfortable in your accommodation at Hilltop House. Hilltop is a three-bedroom cottage that sleeps six. Rooms consist of a king, queen and two king singles. The house is fully self-contained and due to location, you will need to bring all supplies.

Access to the property is via approximately two kilometres of unsealed road.
