Mountain River House

Mountain River House has five bedrooms and is situated on the banks of the Delatite River, Merrijig. Only 10 minutes drive to Mt Buller National Park gates and 15 minutes drive to Mansfield.

A perfect year-round holiday destination, offering activities such as skiing in the Winter and in the warmer months mountain bike riding, walking, road cycling, swimming and fishing.

The property is surrounded by beautiful native and fruit trees, wildlife (possum, deer, kangaroos, platypus, parrots and wombats) and gardens. A great location for fishing (only 10 metres away to river), really there is no need to go anywhere else.

The house is setup for a maximum of 13 guests. Five bedrooms, two bathroom (including laundry). A huge living, dining and kitchen. All linen and towels included in the rental price.

Consists of three double bedrooms (two have king beds and one has a queen bed), one twin Bedroom (two king singles) and a large kids bedroom (two king single bunks and a single trundle).

Many beautiful trees; apples, pears, walnut, hazelnuts are throughout the garden and spectacular in Autumn. There’s a fire pit on the river for the kids to have their marshmallows, barbecue and kids Tree Swing.

Pets are allowed.
