Possum Hollow Chalet

Possum Hollow Chalet is located in a beautiful bush setting in Sawmill Settlement near the base of Mt Buller. Great for families and small groups of up to 10 people.

Large modern chalet with two living rooms, upstairs and downstairs bedrooms, two bathrooms and one with a bath, an open plan kitchen and dining with additional deck space outside and an undercover garage. It feels like a home away from home with a wood fire heater in winter and all the necessary furnishings of a modern home, including a coffee machine, extra blankets, cot, high chair, firewood, four toboggans and three village bikes to explore the local streets. A BBQ and fire pit outside for fine weather entertaining and winter toasted marshmallows.

Wake up to the sounds of the kookaburras and the smell of fresh eucalyptus. Even a visit from the resident possum and local parrots can entertain you for hours. Sawmill Settlement offers a variety of sights to see locally, including the Carter Mill picnic area and Delatite River, Plain Creek Waterfall walking track, EPIC mountain bike trail and Mirimbah the gateway to the snowfields in winter and bush hikes such as Delatite trail and Klingsporn track. The area provides fantastic cycling including gravel, road and mountain, there is something for everyone.
