Royston Lodge offers self-catered, dog-friendly accommodation in Halls Gap, The Grampians (Gariwerd), Western Victoria.

The house lies on 3,200 square metres of land in a quiet side-street, near the cycle track and 1.6 kilometres south of the main Halls Gap shops. Walk to shops and restaurants, or rent a bike and get around town easily. A large fenced enclosure in the rear garden provides a comfortable place for dogs when guests wish to venture into the Grampians National Park.

The house has three bedrooms and can sleep more than seven people. It has a fully equipped kitchen with espresso machine, dishwasher, gas cook-top, electric oven and full size refrigerator/freezer. The kitchen is stocked with basics including salt, pepper, oils and spices.

The lounge has a 42 inch/106 centimetre flat-screen television, DVD / Blu-ray player, blue-tooth sound-bar and iPod dock. Sofa seating is provided, comfortable for seven people. The lounge also has a wood-stove and firewood is provided.

The house has an air-conditioner and ceiling fans in the lounge and one bedroom.

A large east-facing deck is a perfect place to enjoy breakfast while watching birds and wildlife. A new gas barbecue is provided, and outdoor seating for a large group.

Indicative rates exclude cleaning and linens. Standard cleaning charge is $50. In some circumstances linens can be provided for an additional charge of $15 per person on request.
