BIG4 Swan Hill is a privately owned family focused holiday park situated on over ten acres of landscaped grounds and only one kilometre from the town centre.
The park provides Swan Hill’s largest range of accommodation including spacious superior cabins, apartments, spa cabins, ensuite and powered sites and more.
Kids staying in the park love the mini golf course, splash park with a giant tipping bucket, giant jumping pillow, go karts, bike track, adventure playground, solar heated pool and a toddler’s pool – where to start is the biggest challenge.
During the school holidays they offer fun activities ranging from delicious pancake breakfasts to crafts, games and go kart races. Something to keep both young and old amused.
The township of Swan Hill offers many attractions including the famous Pioneer Settlement Museum, cruises down the mighty Murray River in original paddle boats and the opportunity to go back in time 30 million years with the Heartbeat of the Murray, a 360-degree multi-media spectacular unlike anything ever seen in Australia.
Back at the park you can choose to relax with a cup of tea on your deck and take in the scenery which is quintessentially country Victoria.

This spacious accommodation is located in a quiet area at the rear of the park and consists of two separate bedrooms, spacious living room and bathroom.
The main bedroom contains a queen bed and the second bedroom either two sets of bunks, a double and a single or single beds. All linen is provided.
The fully equipped kitchen consists of a full size stove, fridge and microwave. There is a television and DVD in the living room. The apartments are heated and air conditioned.

Split system reverse cycle air conditioning controls the temperature. A large deck is situated at the front of the cabin for alfresco dining.
