Purrumbete Gatehouse, modern – eastern inspired, is all on the ground floor. This apartment is the best choice for ease of mobility, having no steps, no spa, no stairs. The queen-size bedroom has doors that close the bedroom off from main living area. Purrumbete, named for the local lake, is based upon The Mill’s original gatehouse. This suite overlooks the avenue, privacy is assured as it is nestled behind stout Japanese Ukon trees. There is a spacious kitchen/living area, a full size kitchen, and laundry with washer and dryer. Ground floor, situated at the ‘L’ end of the terrace Scott’s has double glass doors that open onto a large covered terrace. There are outdoor lounges and BBQ facilities along the length of the terrace. The apartment is named for the street that it looks upon, R.D. Scott was Camperdown’s first surveyor and responsible for the wide tree lined avenues and streets. Room Size : 43.50 m2. All apartments have reverse cycle heating/cooling, iron and ironing board.

Wright’s, the bluestone cottage first on the right as you enter The Mill, has two queen bedrooms, and one bathroom with a spa.

A delightful, airy cottage fashioned in 1870 from locally quarried bluestone. Of interest are the solid hardwood beams and original pine flooring. The rendered interior walls of the cottage ensure a feeling of cosy warmth. The master bedroom is on the ground floor with a window opening onto a cottage garden. The second bedroom is on a lofted mezzanine that hovers above the open plan kitchen and living space. Attic windows overlook the inner courtyard.

Attached to the cottage is a conservatory with an outdoor dinning setting and barbeque facilities. All apartments have reverse cycle heating/cooling, iron and ironing board. Wright’s has a full size kitchen, and laundry with washer and dryer.
