Timberline Park High Country Farm Stay

Timberline Park is a working sheep farm situated at the peak of a hill, 12 kilometres from the township of Mansfield, 2.5 hours drive from Melbourne and 45 minutes from the Mt Buller Resort, ideal for skiing, mountain bike riding and hiking.

Set on 60 acres and boarded by the Broken River, the two bedroom cottage is surrounded by rose gardens and features spectacular views of the Great Dividing Range and surrounding district. Timberline Park offers guests a farm experience of egg collecting, fruit picking and animal feeding.

Want to ride the high country on your best friend? Bring your horse/s with you. They have stables, float parking, turn around area, stock yards with a ramp, safe paddocks, tack room and a wash down area. Mt Stirling offers the most spectacular views and a number of cattlemen huts you can visit including Craig’s Hut from The Man from Snowy River movie.

The cottage offers two large bedrooms (king beds) both with ensuites featuring a spa bath, full kitchen facilities, cathedral ceilings with exposed beams, laundry, fireplace, air conditioning and heating. The lounge and dining areas feature full length windows to take advantage of the spectacular views of the Great Dividing Range and Mt Buller. Extra bedding suitable for children (day bed and single mattress) is available upon request at no extra charge.
