Tim’s Place Apartments is centrally located in Halls Gap in the Grampians National Park. There are three fully self contained, two bedroom apartments which cater for singles, couples, families and groups.

Tim’s Place has been supplying good quality, environmentally friendly accommodation in the Grampians region for thirty years.

The current venue began construction in 2004 and has evolved into an energy efficient business with north facing construction, passive heating and cooling, recycling, solar electric panels and a well established garden.

It has a great location in the village as it adjoins the oval reserve which backs onto the National Park. There is a camp fire place on the parkland 20 metres from Tim’s Place. Guests are welcome to use this facility subject to seasonal restrictions.

All walks in the Wonderland region of the National Park can be accessed from Tim’s Place. The town centre of Halls Gap is 600 metres away. There are many cafes, restaurants and shops in Halls Gap. It is an easy walk or bike ride into town. Tim’s Place supplies two bikes for the guests use.

Tim’s Place has a table tennis table, barbeques, garden settings with tables and chairs and a lovely viewing deck for the guests use. Free Wi-Fi, plunger coffee and tea are provided.

A V Line bus stop is located 20 metres from Tim’s Place.

Tim's Place Apartments

Tim’s Place has three apartments available for guests.

Tim’s Place Apartment in the Bush has two bedrooms and can accommodate up to seven people.

Tim’s Place Apartment in the Park has two bedrooms and can accommodate up to six people.

Tim’s Place Budget Accommodation in the Bush has two bedrooms and can accommodate up to four people.

There is free car parking on site. There is a V-Line public bus stop in front of Tim’s Place. Many hiking trails leave from Tim’s Place and kangaroos and wild birds visit daily.

Free bikes are provided for guests use. A table tennis table, free Wi-Fi is available for guests. There is even a deck for guests over looking the park and with views of the mountains.

The local Community Garden is located 50 metres from the Apartments. Guests are welcome to pick delicious herbs and salads from the garden. Chickens reside here.

All beds are made up with linen and doonas and towels are provided for each guest. All the beds are comfortable. There is great heating in the winter and fans are available for the warmer months.

A great place for hiking, mountain biking, rock climbing or just relaxing.
