Romantic walk at the Gibson Steps on the Great Ocean Road


Enjoy one of the world’s most spectacular coastal drives with Autopia Tours. Leaving Melbourne you will travel along the surf coast highway through Torquay before stopping to enjoy morning tea at one of Australia’s beautiful southern beaches. Twist and wind along the awe-inspiring Great Ocean Road making the most of every photo opportunity.

Travel to Apollo Bay for lunch (included), with time to cool off by the magnificent Southern Ocean. After lunch stretch those legs whilst exploring an ancient rainforest, and admire some of the world’s tallest trees in the Otway National Park. Travel through rolling hills toward Port Campbell National Park and the breathtaking 12 Apostles. Learn about the tragic tales of the shipwreck coast and view remarkable rock formations at Loch Ard Gorge. Check out the fallen London Bridge or Gibson Steps and visit the quaint fishing village of Port Campbell.

Reflect on an action packed day full of nature walks, wildlife, surf beaches, incredible rock formations and spectacular coastal views whilst returning towards Melbourne. Stop in the township of Colac for dinner (own expense).

Heading out of Melbourne you will begin your day at a Wildlife Park to meet some furry Australian favourites. Hand feed the kangaroos, see koalas and get up-close and personal with other native Australian wildlife. Travel over the bridge and onto Phillip Island, known for its natural beauty, sandy beaches, rugged cliffs and unique wildlife experiences home to a colony of around 32,00 little penguins.

Check out the giant surf at Woolamai Beach and take time to enjoy a tranquil coastal walk. Head to the new marine centre at the Nobbies and stroll the boardwalk to view the majestic rocky coast, home to a colony of Australian fur seals. Take time-out to immerse yourself in the interactive WWF Antarctic Journey, experience this state-of-theart fun, educational and virtual world located beneath the Nobbies centre (optional expense).

Visit Pannys Chocolate Shop for the opportunity to sample some tasty chocolate treats. (factory tour not included).

View the award winning penguin parade visitor centre and as the sun fades, witness the world’s littlest penguins emerge from the sea and waddle ashore. It’s truly a magical and unforgettable experience.

Travelling with Autopia Tours from Melbourne you head to the Grampians, one of the world’s oldest and most spectacular mountain ranges that is rich in Aboriginal history and an abundance of wildlife.

After enjoying morning tea you will travel into the heart of the Grampians National Park and stretch those legs with a walk to the Boroka Lookout where breathtaking mountain views await.

Visit Brambuk Aboriginal Cultural Centre, and then enjoy lunch at Halls Gaps. Hike to the remarkable Jaws of Death or Balconies and Reeds lookout, experiencing majestic views and scenery.

Cool off at the base of Mackenzie Falls. Return to Melbourne, stopping along the way for dinner.

Hot Balloon over Yarra Valley Region


The Wurrundjeri people called the Yarra River “Birrarung” which means “river of mists”. You too will be enchanted by this mystical valley complete with gourmet delights.

The day begins with a visit to Gateway Estate Farmhouse for a tour of the greenhouse plus platters of fresh fruit and seasonal produce. In the morning you also visit Napoleone Cider House and Brewery for generous samples of delicious ciders and ales as well as the picturesque Yarra Valley Chocolateire and Ice-creamery.

In the afternoon you will visit three of Autopia Tours’ favourite boutique wineries, each selected for excellence in customer experience and quality wine tastings.

This fun day tour includes a game of pétanque with a bottle of wine for the winner. Followed by gourmet lunch at Killara Estate Winery. Spend a day with Autopia Tours and experience all this beautiful region has to offer.
