Ultimate Winery Experiences Australia is a consortium of premium, award-winning wineries offering unique wine experiences including barrel, private and structured tastings, food-wine matching, wine education and gastronomy in spectacular locations within renowned wine regions.
These wineries are not simply venues to taste and purchase wine. Most of them offer a complete tourism experience – restaurants, accommodation, tours, as well as exciting behind-the-scenes winery experiences. They allow visitors to interact with the product, and the winemaker and enjoy first-hand the rich diversity that their many wine regions have to offer.

Day 1
STANTON & KILLEEN TOUR & TASTE IN THE SOLERA ROOM
2pm – Enjoy Stanton & Killeen’s icon wine tasting experience including all current S&K table wines, back vintages and full Muscat and Topaque classification flights. This tasting includes a gourmet platter made from local produce. All enjoyed in the stunning Muscat Solera Experience Room.
Day 2
BROWN BROTHERS PROSECCO BRUNCH
9am – Chill out in your own private Prosecco Lounge as you taste your way through Brown Brothers entire Prosecco range. Indulge in a gourmet spread of freshly baked sweets and pastries, local Milawa cheeses, terrines, and fresh seasonal fruits.
PIZZINI WINES
12.30pm – Immerse yourself in Pizzini’s light drenched Kiln Tasting Room and discover the family’s winemaking history and the allure of aged wines. Compare new release wines to aged back vintages as you experience firsthand how these wines develop over time, and what influence different sites have on each wine. After your tasting, select a glass of wine to enjoy with an Italian style grazing platter in the Cellar Door grounds.
