Eskdale Information Centre and Rest Area

Located in Eskdale, this rest area is the perfect place to stop and stretch your legs. Offering ample parking, public toilets (including an accessible toilet), picnic tables, barbecue, rubbish bins, water (not suitable for drinking) and an undercover area to sit out of the sun or rain, this is a perfect place for a picnic or a break in your drive.

Take a stroll and read about the Beaufort Bomber air crash or admire the war memorials. The information centre is not manned and has basic information about the surrounding areas.
