One of the premier art galleries in the Central Victorian Highlands, the Little Gallery in Trentham was established in 2012 and sought to provide a venue for locals and tourists to connect with local art and artists.
Run by primary artists Rose Wilson, Helen Cottle, Ri Van Veen and Kim Haughie with artists in residence Llael McDonald and Larissa Gray as well as many consignment artists, the little Gallery is a true representation of the strong arts community in Trentham and the Central Victorian Highlands region.
Little Gallery showcases painting, ceramic, bronze and mixed media sculpture and unique jewellery in a beautifully purpose-built gallery space.
Little Gallery prides itself on supporting the arts, artists and a variety of charities with selected and group exhibitions and raffles several times a year.
Trentham is a ‘must see’ destination with fabulous food, organic sourdough bakery, bush walks, the Trentham Falls and the fabulous Little Gallery where you can meet the artists at the gallery and chat about inspiration and the artistic processes. A short drive from Daylesford and a bit over an hour from Melbourne, perfect for a day trip or stay longer with lots of fabulous accommodation to choose from.
