Kadampa Meditation Centre’s weekly Meditation and Buddhism classes offer simple, practical methods to improve the quality of your life and develop inner peace through meditation and Buddhist teachings.
The classes are self-contained so you can drop in any week. There is no need to book or bring anything. Classes consist of two guided meditations and a teaching to help you solve your daily problems and find the lasting happiness you seek. There is also an opportunity for discussion, followed by refreshments.
No meditation experience is necessary, the classes are suitable for beginners and experienced meditators, everyone is welcome.
