Palais-Hepburn Theatre
Things To Do Hepburn Springs, Hepburn, Victoria
The Palais-Hepburn has been reborn.
Richard Fanale and Brendan Wykes re-opened the venue in November 2018. The 94-year-old theatre has undergone refurbishment and remodelling and has emerged as a smooth, mature, and luxurious palace of entertainment.
Set in the tranquil and beautiful setting of Hepburn Springs, Palais-Hepburn has drawn musicians and performers from around the globe to one of country Victoria’s prime entertainment venues. Providing high-end acts which include live bands, cabaret, and comedy for all walks of life.
The new iteration of the Palais sees the stage of the main theatre wrapped in deep blue velvet curtains and the downlit bar a smooth vision of gold. There are lots of discreet reflective surfaces to catch glimpses of others in the room. See the oldest sprung dance floor in Australia!
Enjoy the Salon bar, offering an open fire in the winter months and set up for more intimate solo and duo acts.
Relax in the cocktail bar – a luxurious addition to the local hospitality scene. Softly lit with a stone-topped bar, the space is set to come to meet people, have a drink or two, and be seen. The wine list reflects the owner’s love of both local and European wines along with perfected cocktails.
The restaurant serves modern Australian cuisine. Dinner and show options are available.
