There are four Relinque Journeys ranging from 80 – 170 minutes.
These include an indulgent array of facial therapy, massage therapy, body scrubs, wraps, foot treatments, hand therapy, and scalp treatments using the botanical LaGaia products, a scientifically formulated, ph. balanced, locally sourced skin care range. Individual treatments are also available.

Relinque Urban Retreat and Spa also operates the only privately owned steam and ice room in Melbourne. The healing benefits of hot and cold contrast therapy (alternating between steam at 45 degrees and the coolness of the ice fountain) are profound and will increase the sense of wellbeing immediately.

The carefully selected, highly trained staff have extensive backgrounds and decades of experience working in luxury day spa environments such as Aurora Day Spa in St Kilda.
