Natalie is a Registered Senior Yoga Teacher with Yoga Australia and has been teaching yoga, meditation and holding Wellness Retreats in and around the region for almost 30 years.

Her specialties include Group Classes, Private 1:1 or Corporate Yoga, Ayurveda Health Consultations and massage therapies, Yoga and Ayurveda Workshops and 1 Day to 1 Week Yoga and Ayurveda Retreats.

For six months of the year, thanks to the mild and temperate conditions of the region, many of her regular yoga classes are held outside by the majestic Murray River, or lakeside at Lake Boga and Kangaroo Lake.

During the colder seasons, all classes are moved indoors, cozy and warm, to a number of different community venues around the region.
