Join the team at Twisted History for a night you will not forget, as you are guided through one of the most haunted Gaols in Australia.

Hear spine tingling stories of life locked behind the walls of one of the most infamous and oldest gaols in Victoria, as you explore inside the building. It has been home to convicts, prisoners, men, women and children for 142 years. It has housed murders, rapists, thieves, lunatics, vagrants and has been the site of many of their deaths.

Some of them are perhaps still here, are you brave enough to find out.

This is a 90 minute walking tour through this three story building led by a costumed guide.

Tour departs from the front gate of the old Geelong Gaol on Myers Street, doors open 15 minutes before tour.

Tours run seven nights a week.

Join the Twisted History team in conjunction with Spirit Paranoral Investigations at the Euroa Hotel for a two hour investigation will cover areas not normally accessible at the hotel.

The Euroa Hotel has been a local hotel for the Euroa community since it was constructed by George Sutherland in 1884 and remains a visual and cultural icon in the area. The current hotel replaced a former one which burnt down in the early 1880s. Those who have investigated this hotel report that it has an odd feel. Who will you encounter on this investigation.

On the Chinatown Murder Tour you will hear spine tingling stories of Melbourne’s past as you are guided though the streets and lanes of the oldest Chinese community in the western world. Experience locations of a former opium den, Chinese cocaine house and brothels.

From stories of ghosts, murder and prostitution, to Squizzy Taylor and Chang the Chinese giant. Learn of Chinatown’s connection to the Eureka Stockade and Jack the Ripper.

You will not believe what has happened in just three blocks of Little Bourke Street.

Join Twisted History on a murderous night in Melbourne as you explore the dark and forgotten history of Carlton, perhaps the most violent suburb in Melbourne.

This tour is a two tour driving tour of the streets and lanes of Carlton. See the locations of some of Carlton’s most infamous historic murders in history including Squizzy Taylor, Jean Lee and the Pyjama Girl.

Hear the stories of the victims and find out what happened to those who took the lives of the innocent.

This tour is conducted with the utmost respect to both the victim’s family and the convicted murderers. Historical crime scene photos will be shared with participants. Please advise guide if you do not wish to view these

This is a two and a half hour driving tour through Melbourne’s criminal past. Have you ever wondered where such crimes like Hoddle Street Massacre, Easey Street Murder and Gun Alley Murders have taken place?

Hear stories of the more infamous murders as you are taken to the locations where such crimes as mass murder, serial killers, cannibalism and terrorist attacks have taken place over the last 150 years.

Join Twisted History for a walking tour around Melbourne CBD, as you explore the evidence followed by the Victorian police to catch one of the most wanted man in the world.

In 1892, the body of Emily Mather was found buried under the floor in a house in Windsor, sparking an international search for her killer. Hear the antics of the flamboyant Frederick Deeming and his adventures from Whitechapel in London to Melbourne and his victims that were left behind.

Join the paranormal investigators from Twisted History as you are taken to the hot spots of the Geelong Gaol in a search for evidence that the paranormal truly does exist.

Using a range of equipment and methods, you will investigate a number of locations on this two hour tour including the surgery, morgue, kitchen among others. Customers are welcome to bring their own equipment if desired.

For those wanting more time to investigate, you can join Twisted History on a four hour Extended Paranormal Investigations. If you are looking for even more time, join their Lockdown on selected dates for nine hours of investigation time.

Join Twisted History behind the walls of the Castlemaine Gaol for a three hour paranormal investigation.

Step back into one of the hardest Goldfields Gaols in Australia as they investigate three levels of convict history where men, women and children were once incarcerated. From solitary cells in the basement to the gallows where 10 men lost their lives, you never quite know who you may encounter.

Groups will be supplied with a range of paranormal equipment to use during the tour.

Join the team at Twisted History for dinner and a paranormal investigation at the historic Goldmines Hotel in Bendigo.

The Goldmines has stood on this location since 1857, with the current building constructed for David Chaplin Sterry and his family. It remained in the family right up until the 1990s.

Who is the lady in what was the ballroom? Who is it chopping wood in the wee hours of the morning?

Following dinner we will attempt to answer these questions and more using a range of paranormal equipment and experiments

Join Twisted History at the historic Royal Hotel in Seymour for dinner and a paranormal investigation.

The Royal Hotel has been the hub of the community in this location since 1848. It has been a Cobb and Co stop, a police station, a court house, a post office and even a morgue! And has such has much history running through its walls.

But who from the past still lingers here today? Whose baby is heard crying in the morgue? Who is still residing in Room 5?

Following dinner in Eliza’s Room, we will attempt to answer these questions and more using a range of paranormal equipment and experiments

Join the team at Twisted History for dinner and a paranormal investigation at the historic Kangaroo Hotel in Maldon

The Kangaroo Hotel opened in 1856, and today is the only Kangaroo Hotel in Australia.

Affectionately known as ‘The Roo’, the hotel started as a tent, before moved from nearby Fryerstown where a brick structure was erected. One of 40 pubs in the Maldon area and The Kangaroo has stood the test of time.

It has operated as the town morgue, a butcher shop, doctor’s office, theatre and Cobb and Co. changing station.

You never know who you may encounter!

Join the Twisted History team at the historic Railway Hotel in the Central Goldfields town of Dunolly for dinner and a two hour paranormal investigation.

The Railway Hotel was built in 1861, originally as the Criterion Hotel but later became the Railway Hotel. There have been a number of ghostly presences felt over the years at the Railway including an old lady who will push you out of bed so she can look out of the window.

You never know who you may encounter.

Join the team for an investigation of the Top Pub in Meredith; Hearn’s Meredith Hotel.

Opened in 1874 on this location by James Tampling, it has seen its fair share of history burning down in the 1920s and the site of the town’s unofficial medical guru Daniel Gardiner. With its proximity to the Railways, it would become known as the Railway Hotel. But what spirits of those past still linger within these walls?

With exclusive access during the investigation of the all areas of the pub and dinner to start the night, this is an investigation you don’t want to miss.
