We want to reassure visitors to the region that Warratina Lavender Farm is a gorgeous, serene place for visitors right now amidst this pandemic, that our tearoom holds fewer than 60 people, who are well spaced apart and we will advise if we are asked to close to the public.
Open six days a week, come and enjoy a truly unique experience any time of year – we always have a couple of rows of lavender in flower for you to experience. Only an hour’s drive from Melbourne, our small boutique family-run farm offers fantastic photo opportunities.
While you are visiting, enjoy a bite to eat in the tearoom where everything is locally sourced and freshly made. Savour the flavours of local Yarra Valley produce over a glass of regional wine and try our famous lavender scones and ice cream?
With six acres of planted lavender, Warratina is a real working lavender farm. Depending on when you visit, you will see lavender growing, being hand-cut, and hanging in the drying shed before being transformed into one of the many products we sell in our shop.
Visit between November – January, when the rows of lavender are a sea of purple.
