Wild Mindfulness Australia is Victoria’s leading eco-therapy and mindfulness tour. Their program aims to offer you an introduction to mindfulness whilst leading you on a rejuvenating bushwalking journey through the forests of Daylesford.
The ‘Mindfulness Forest Tour’ is a half-day hiking experience where you will get the opportunity to connect more mindfully with the natural environment of the Wombat State Forest.
Along the way, you’ll stop for two meditations and a nature activity, each aimed at cultivating awareness and connection to the natural environment. Throughout your journey you practice tuning in to the present environment by hearing, seeing, reading and sensing the forest in ways that both relax and inspire us.
The tour is suitable for complete beginners or seasoned meditators, and is presented in a down-to-earth and secular manner. We also like to keep it fun and engaging whilst offering you a wealth of information and ideas that you can then use to continue your own mindfulness practice at home.
The tour finishes with a light picnic in the forest and includes a take home Mindfulness booklet.
