Women of Wander

Adventure and Outdoors Tours

Women of Wander is a walking health retreat. Their trips accommodate a variety of women on intimate, multi-day hiking and canoe adventures that explore some of Victoria’s most beautiful landscapes.

They incorporate minimal impact techniques to help protect the environments they are enjoying. The organic fresh food menu allows them to be low waste and as earth friendly as possible. The journeys are designed to challenge you without putting unwanted strain on your body. The goal is to have you strut across the finish line with a body full of energy, a head full of ideas and a heart full of friendship.

In the far south-west of Victoria lies the Great South West Walk. With a maximum group size of 12 women, you journey on and off this trail as you follow the picturesque Lower Glenelg River. You split the time, hiking trails in the tree-covered bush and paddling around wide open river bends.

This trip is ideal for beginners or people who like some time to relax in the afternoon. There will always be time for a self-guided walk arranged by your guide. Time in camp is all yours. Relaxing in your tent, on a yoga mat, or scrolling through one of the books on the area.

Previous guests have been wowed by the bird life, greenery and lack of crowds.
