Two hour workshops on native plants and bush foods – held twice weekly in Apollo Bay.

Learn about identification, seasonality, preparation and uses of native foods in cooking, herbs and spices.

Each workshop includes tastings and tips, plus participants will receive a starter pack and information kit to take home.

Yarn with Brad, who will share some of his extensive knowledge on bush foods, particularly those native to the Otways.

Workshops take place each Sunday at 11am and each Wednesday at 2pm – meet at the Apollo Bay Market Foreshore.
