These two and three day nature-based retreats, located in the Daylesford area near Melbourne, Victoria, have been specially designed to improve your health and well being. Enjoy getting outdoors, breathing in fresh country air, relax, unwind, and find some inner peace and happiness.
The guided walks explore the historic Goldfields Track, local springs, lakes, state forests, regional and national parks.
You will have a choice of Getaways to suit your fitness level: short walks (less than 4km), medium walks (4 – 10km) and longer walks (10+ km).
Yoga classes are gentle and suitable to all levels from total beginners to advanced, and all body types including the over 50’s.
Stay at an authentic Yoga Ashram nestled amongst the tall trees of Wombat Forest and have a glimpse of Ashram life. If staying on a Saturday experience a Havan (fire ceremony) for health and healing.
Calming Sound Therapy is provided through relaxing live piano, sound bowls or the didgeridoo.
To ensure an intimate personal experience, group sizes are limited to no more than 12 people.
