Hepburn Healing - Mineral Springs, 8km Walk, Hamman Bliss

This is a 3 day / 2 night bushwalking, yoga retreat.

Immerse yourself in nature on a 8km guided walk through Hepburn Regional Park where you will taste mineral water directly from a number of natural springs. Totally relax in an authentic Turkish steam bath at the guesthouse where you will be staying. Visit a yoga ashram. Practice gentle yoga daily.

The yoga is suited to all ability types. A reasonable level of fitness is required to do the 8km circuit walk along narrow bush tracks with some steep inclines and steps.
