It has been a decade since Bass & Flinders first began their spirited journey in 2009, and to celebrate this milestone 10th birthday event they invite you to join for an Anniversary Soirée on Saturday 16 November at their fantastic new home in Dromana.
An evening designed to delight the senses, with four perfectly curated Bass & Flinders cocktails, matching canapés and live music to get everyone into the birthday spirit. You will be treated to delights such as wagyu bresola cured with juniper and pink peppercorn, raspberry cured salmon with Bass & Flinders Gin and tonic gel, spiced pork with kaffir lime compressed cucumber and a special birthday treat. Vegetarian options will also be available.
You will be given first access to the special birthday brandy release, and sample the much anticipated limited edition Anniversary Cuvée.
In collaboration with renowned cognac house Normandin-Mercier, experience world first Australian brandy-French cognac blend, with the first 50 hand numbered bottles made available guests on the night.
