The 12th presentation of the Loch Food and Wine Festival offers you the flavour and sensation of the region.
Meet the people behind the wineries, breweries and great produce and celebrate what South Gippsland has to offer. Enjoy beer and wine tastings, cooking demonstrations, diverse food vendors, children’s entertainment and more before sampling the diverse retail delights of our serene, welcoming village.
This year’s festival will see masterclasses in cheese and wine with local, passionate presenters. Burke Brandon of Prom Country Cheese will speak of the magic and science in transforming simple fresh curds into complex, artisan cheese – the difference between food consumption and a culinary experience.
Robert Hicks, wine educator and broadcaster will guide you through a tasting of some of the outstanding regional wines, sharing his inside knowledge earned through decades in the wine industry. Seating is limited and tickets for these Masterclasses are essential.
The Festival is hosting 2 pop-up restaurants this year. One on The Station, welcoming the whole team from the Borough Department Store and the other at The Siding with new kids in the area, The Grove.
