6 Mar 2021 Annual Event
Celebrating its 93rd year, the Red Hill Show is still one of the most popular family events on the Mornington Peninsula calendar.
Thousands of people will head up to the Red Hill Showgrounds on Saturday 6 March to be part of this wonderful community celebration of agriculture, heritage, cooking, crafts and entertainment. The showgrounds will be transformed into one colourful, appetising, entertaining spectacle for the whole family. The Mornington Peninsula will be on show.
A highlight of the 93rd show is the celebration of the Mornington Peninsula Paddock, which will showcase so many of the region’s local producers from Main Ridge Dairy, Merricks Farm, Mock Orchards to Red Hill Brewery.
Red Hill is synonymous with apples and to celebrate this agricultural past, the Red Hill Cider Show is growing each year and there will be more cider tastings and demonstrations on offer. All cider makers are invited to enter and benchmark their products against that of their peers. Classes will reflect both new world and traditional styles of cider, perry and fruit blends.
