The 2019 ANL Maritime Art Prize is open for entries until August 30th at 5:00pm.

The theme – “The Relationship of Humanity and the Sea” attracts a diverse response of work ranging from traditional painting to contemporary mixed media. Prize money of $27,000 is available for winners in four categories.

Last year’s winners include: 2018 ANL Maritime Art Prize Winner: Joni Dennis, for ‘Aye Aye Captain’, Nevile and Co Runner Up Award: Robert J Williams, ‘Rust in Peace’, ASP Shipping, Best Traditional work: David Rowe, ‘The Naval Mechanic’ and DP World Emerging Artist: Ben Tankard, ‘Unpopular Penguin 286.’
