In each class a different aspect of meditation and Buddhism is explained. Drop in any week for classes such as simple guided breathing meditation followed by a teaching and a second guided meditation based on the topic. There is also an opportunity for discussion, followed by refreshments.

Loss and change is natural in life. Through meditation and positive thinking, learn to embrace change and let go of the past. Class dates June 13, 20, 27.

At a clear and happy mind, discover the Buddhist psychology for controlling the mind. Learn scientific methods for developing inner peace and enjoying true happiness. Class dates July 4, 11, 18, 25.

At the Art of Acceptance overcome anger, frustration and painful emotions. Respond to problems with positivity. Class dates August 1, 8, 15, 22.

At the Art of Self-Confidence, develop a positive self-view, overcome negative thinking patterns that destroy self-esteem. Class dates August 29, September 5, 12, 19.

At Fearless overcome the inner causes of fear, develop a strong mind and learn the art of worry-free living. Class dates September 26, October 3, 10, 17.

No meditation experience is necessary, the classes are suitable for beginners and experienced meditators.
