In this pregnancy class in Melbourne, you will be guided in how you can take better care of yourself and the foetus during the pregnancy period so you can have an easier birth process to a healthy baby.

During the class you will focus on:
– Gentle exercises to relieve stress and anxiety;
– Breathing techniques that assist in the brain and organ development of the foetus;
– Stretching exercises to relieve back pain and encourage confident baby delivery;
– Learn how to strengthen and nurture ‘the baby bond’ in order to actively participate in a healthier baby growth throughout your entire pregnancy.

These gentle exercises are easy to follow and all level of fitness are welcome, from beginners to advanced.
