Every Saturday and Sunday from 12:00pm-2:00pm Captain Baxter invite all of Melbourne’s Boujee-est to luxuriate their life with a seaside Bottomless Boujee Brunch. Pair saucy, plump wontons with our cheeky Summer Blush Spritz, or slosh down a tart(y) Pampelle Spritz as you grab our spicy boujee bao buns.

Take advantage of two hours bottomless spritzers (Aperol Spritz, Pampelle Spritz and Summer Blush Spritz), sparkling, wine and beer, plus the Baxter Brunch Banquet (sharing style).
