The Melbourne Food and Wine Festival is about to hit Melbourne, and this year the team have an exciting dining event to celebrate the festival and to celebrate 20 years of Hotel Lindrum.
Introducing new Head Chef, Matthew Simon Bentley, who has worked in London, Norway, The Netherlands and most recently at No. 35 in Sofitel Melbourne, who will be at the reigns to create a British inspired six course degustation menu, including local ciders, ales and wines.
