A generous board of house made salumi and charcuterie that includes prosciutto, bresaola, terrine and other salumi with condiments and accoutrements. Chef Ryan Pearce and owner Chris Molloy have a passion for salumi and charcuterie and working with local farmers and producers they are proud to present this summer special. With a complimentary glass of bubbles between 12-5pm.
