Learn to make delicious feta and a simple soft curd cheese. This hands-on workshop will take you through the step by step process of each cheese, and you will have a batch of feta and soft curd cheese to take home.
$110 pp includes your own cheeses to take home, a delicious homemade lunch of sourdough bread, cheeses to sample, tarts, salad and muffins- and of course tea/coffee. It also includes all your materials and equipment use for the day – no need to bring anything, just some enthusiasm and sense of fun.
The cost also includes your cheese baskets for future cheesemaking and your recipe handouts. There will also be cheesemaking supplies for sale on the day.
