Join for a delicious three course dinner as the chefs showcase some of their finest, sustainable local seafood.
Discover the reasons that choosing sustainable seafood is so important for the environment and for sustainability. Guest speaker Simon Branigan, from The Nature Conservancy, will also discuss the local projects being undertaken to restore marine habitats.
They will also have the team from Myti Blue, the only ‘Sea Bounty’ certified sustainable mussel suppliers in Victoria, on hand to chat about their produce.
