People are seeing how fragile and uncertain the world is, and how little control we have.
And also seeing a fundamental truth of Buddha’s teachings: that the only thing we can control is our inner environment – our mental environment – our response to the ever-changing circumstances of our life.
If we can develop inner peace, or peace of mind, we’ll be protected from suffering during this pandemic, and any challenges to come. It’s more powerful than any vaccine or treatment.
In this special course, you will learn simple meditations and techniques to develop lasting inner peace. It’s a skill and a superpower that will protect you throughout your life.
The teacher of this course is Gen Kelsang Dornying. Gen Dornying is the Resident Teacher of Kadampa Meditation Centre Australia and teaches with a warmth and humility that is naturally inspiring.
