Bridge Road Brewers founders Ben and Maria Kraus know all good things take time. Think cheese, sourdough, gin, wine, beer … it seems some the tastiest things in life are fermented! While Ben does the obvious – fermenting his hops into distinctive, innovative beers, Maria swaps her sourdough cultures with the locals. But why stop there? Introducing the Fermentation Degustation – an evening brought to you by the region’s talented fermenters! Enjoy a four-course dinner featuring fermented goods from sourdough and sauerkraut, wine to beer and gin! Meet some of the North East’s friendly local fermenters as you enjoy their artisan produce and drinks made with love and time.
