Chef Zach Green of Elijah’s Kitchen is a proud advocate for the talent and produce that comes out of Mansfield, and he should know – he is one of them. Zach wants Mansfield to be known by all as much more than just a stop on the way to Mt Buller or Lake Eildon – it is a destination for the best grub going.

Back in his beloved hometown for a stint with the pop-up kitchen, Zach is bringing together five local chefs and setting them a challenge: work with a local producer and showcase an ingredient in their dish – sometimes the seemingly simplest challenges are the yummiest.

Enjoy a six-course degustation dinner matched Mansfield wines, and local beer from Venom Brewery.
