Australia’s favourite soprano Greta Bradman has chosen to make St Paul’s Anglican Church Clunes one of the locations for her “Home” tour in June this year.
Greta’s concert is in partnership with the Parish of Springmount’s Four Seasons Fine Music Festival. Greta is well known as a very fine soprano with a rich and beautiful voice and, of course, as the granddaughter of Sir Donald Bradman.
The songs feature arias that best encapsulate the essence of family, friends and returning to one’s place of origin. More than anything Greta enjoys a time to mingle with the audience after the performance.
So concert goers will be encouraged to stay a while and enjoy a supper, that will be provided for a small donation to raise funds to restore the historic church and share their musical memories of songs and music that have left an indelible memory.
